Never. Every project is built from scratch, specifically for your business. We do not use WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Shopify, or any page builder. You get a completely original site that no one else has.

Yes. Monthly SEO plans start from $149/month, covering keyword optimisation, content updates, Google Business management, backlink building, and monthly reports. All sites we build also include basic on-page SEO at no extra charge.
Every project follows five stages: Discovery (we learn your business and requirements), Proposal (clear scope, timeline, and price in writing), Build (development with regular updates), Review (you test and give feedback, we refine), and Launch (we go live and hand over everything). Payments are tied to milestones.
A standard business website takes 2 to 4 weeks. E-commerce stores and courier systems take 4 to 8 weeks. Mobile apps typically take 6 to 10 weeks after the website is complete. All timelines are confirmed in your proposal before anything begins.
After signing the proposal and paying the first milestone, we send a kick-off checklist. Typically this includes your logo files, brand colours, photos, content for key pages, your domain login, and examples of sites you like. If you do not have everything, we can help fill the gaps.
Starter projects include 3 rounds of revisions. Growth projects include 5 rounds. Enterprise projects include unlimited revisions. A revision round means you send all your feedback at once and we implement it. Additional rounds outside your plan are billed at our hourly rate.
Yes. Growth and Enterprise sites include a custom admin panel where you can update content, images, products, blog posts, and more without any technical knowledge. Starter sites can have an admin panel added as an upgrade.
You receive full handover of all credentials, source files, and documentation. We remain available during your included support period — 30 days for Starter, 90 days for Growth, 6 months for Enterprise. Optional monthly care plans are available after that.
Business websites start from $499 USD (Starter), $1,099 (Growth), and $2,199 (Enterprise). Pricing depends on pages, features, and complexity. All prices are confirmed in writing before any work begins. Visit our pricing page for a full breakdown by service.
All prices are quoted in USD. We can provide JMD equivalents on request, but invoices are issued in USD as the stable reference currency. Exchange rates fluctuate so we do not quote fixed JMD prices.
None. Your proposal is your price. The only costs outside your project fee are third-party services you choose — domain registration, hosting, payment gateway fees — which are billed directly to you by those providers, not through us.
No mandatory monthly fees. Your project is a one-time build cost. Optional monthly care plans from $49/month are available if you want ongoing support, updates, and maintenance. SEO is available as a separate monthly retainer.
Yes. If your project is complex or does not fit our standard tiers — multi-branch systems, custom integrations, enterprise platforms — contact us and we will scope it properly and send an exact written quote.
We accept bank transfers (local and international), credit cards, and debit cards. Payment details are provided on your invoice. If you have a specific payment preference, let us know when you get in touch and we will do our best to accommodate.
All projects are split into 5 equal milestone payments of 20% each — tied to project stages, not time. This means you only pay for work that has been completed and approved. No large upfront costs. No paying for work you have not seen.
Yes. For clients who prefer to spread costs, we offer a 12-month subscription plan. Your site is typically live within 2 to 3 weeks and you own it outright after 12 months of payments. Monthly plan pricing is available on our pricing page.
The first milestone payment is non-refundable once work has commenced, as it covers the initial discovery, planning, and design work. If you cancel before work begins, we will discuss a fair resolution on a case-by-case basis.
Yes. Every payment is issued with a formal invoice from As Promised Digital Agency. Invoices include a project reference, payment breakdown, and due date. We keep full records of all transactions for your records.
During your included support period, contact us directly via email at hello@aspromised.digital or WhatsApp. We aim to respond within 24 hours — usually the same day. For clients on a monthly care plan, priority response applies.
Monthly care plans cover routine content updates, security monitoring, software and compatibility updates, performance checks, and priority support access. Plans start from $49/month. Contact us for a plan tailored to your site.
Contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email. If you are on a care plan, we treat downtime as a priority issue and respond urgently. We will diagnose the issue, communicate clearly what happened, and restore your site as quickly as possible.
Yes. Post-launch feature requests are scoped and quoted individually. Small changes may be covered under your care plan. Larger additions — new pages, new integrations, new systems — are treated as mini-projects with their own proposal and timeline.
We build everything from scratch using modern web standards. Our focus is on clean, fast, secure code — no bloated frameworks, no unnecessary dependencies. Every site is optimised for speed, search engines, and long-term maintainability.
We recommend reliable shared or VPS hosting providers depending on your traffic and budget. We can advise on the right option for your specific site and help with the initial server setup. Hosting is billed directly to you by the provider.
Yes. We write lean, efficient code with no unnecessary plugins or bloat. All images are optimised, caching is configured, and we target strong Core Web Vitals scores. Speed is treated as a feature, not an afterthought.
Every site we build is mobile-first — designed and tested on phones before desktop. Over 70% of web traffic in Jamaica is mobile, so this is non-negotiable for us on every project.
We do not register domains on your behalf — your domain should always be in your own name and account. We will guide you through the process if needed and help connect your domain to your new site once it is ready.
We can assist with setting up professional email addresses (e.g. hello@yourbusiness.com) through Google Workspace or Zoho Mail. These are billed directly to you by the provider. We handle the DNS configuration and setup as part of your project.
You do. Upon final payment, you own 100% of the code, design, content, and all associated assets. We retain the right to feature the project in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing before the project begins.
All sites we build include a Privacy Policy and Cookie Notice. We do not sell or share your client data with third parties. Data collected through your website is stored securely and is entirely yours. We can advise on GDPR compliance for sites serving international customers.
Yes. If your project involves sensitive business information, we are happy to sign a mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement before discovery begins. Just let us know when you get in touch.
